Carefully place the product in its original box along with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep the tracking receipt for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
